To ensure a seamless experience, we just need a few basics:
Space: A flat, level surface measuring at least 8'x 8'.
Power Access: A reliable power source within 10-15 feet of the setup area to plug in our refrigeration unit and keep everything at the perfect temperature.
Accessibility: Because our cart is compact and foldable, we can navigate through most standard doorways and elevators to set up exactly where you need us.
Versatility: Thanks to its small footprint, we can set up almost anywhere—indoors or out—as long as the ground is even.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?

Since our charcuterie and beverages are best enjoyed fresh, we require a "Plan B" for all outdoor setups:
Shade Requirement: For the quality of the food and the comfort of your guests, the cart must be positioned in a fully shaded area (under a permanent structure, a professional-grade pop-up tent, or deep natural shade).
Inclement Weather: In the event of rain, high winds, or extreme heat, we require an indoor backup location. Our carts are highly mobile, making it easy to pivot to an indoor spot if the forecast changes.

Pro Tip: When choosing your setup spot, keep in mind that direct sunlight is the enemy of cheese! We’ll work with you to find the coolest, driest spot available.
